This is the normal membership with voting rights of the Society which is provided to all the members who are having deposits and loans of the Society. This membership allows the members to be part of the democratic process of the Society by having equal rights for the members. Members are allotted share as per the request based on Board Approval.

An individual will be allotted maximum 1/5th of the paid up share capital of the Society.

Pride Credit Co Operative Society is having an authorised share capital of 500 Crores which cannot be matched by any of the Societies who are in business. As on March 31st 2024 the paid up share capital of the Society is at 15.03 Crores and in this Financial Year 2024-2025 Society have added another 11.40 Crores which has made the paid up share capital of the Society to more than 26 Crores.

Society share is priced at 10/- per share as per the bye law specifications and to be become a member of the Society the Board has mandated every individual to avail minimum 10 Shares worth 100/- along with and admission fees and documentation charges of 50/-. Ideally any person who desires to become a member of the Society has to pay 150/- which includes the share capital and admission fees along with the membership form to the Board of Directors who will in turn allot the shares based on verification.

Share capital of the Society subscribed is refundable after two years and the member can transfer his/her shares after holding the shares for one year. The member who withdraws /resigns from membership will not be eligible for membership for the next two years.

Eligibility to become a member in the Society :

As on September 2024 , Pride Credit Co Operative Society is having more than 65000 ordinary members.
